1. Informational Purpose & Website Use
The materials, articles, research summaries, and service descriptions published on this website are provided solely for general informational and educational purposes. We endeavor to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, but content may be modified, updated, or removed without notice.
Visitors are responsible for their use of the information presented. Merely browsing this website, reading content, or submitting an initial inquiry through our contact form does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, or executed consulting relationship, and does not constitute acceptance or execution of an individualized client services agreement.
2. Nature of Services & Disclaimer of Guarantees
LIBER_MOE provides customized strategic career intelligence, market research, professional document reconstruction, and managed execution services. All recommendations, target evaluations, and career materials are developed using diligent methodology, industry intelligence, and professional analysis.
Hiring decisions, interview selections, salary offers, and recruitment actions remain within the sole discretion of third-party employers. Accordingly, LIBER_MOE commits to rigorous execution and agreed deliverables, but does not promise or guarantee job interviews, employment offers, salary levels, or specific recruitment outcomes.
3. Intellectual Property on Website Surfaces
All content on this website — including text, research frameworks, branding, logos, layout, designs, graphics, code, and site architecture — is the proprietary property of or licensed to MORNING ENTERPRISES USA LLC. Ownership and licensing of custom client deliverables are governed exclusively by the individual Client Services Agreement and applicable payment conditions (see Service Agreement).
4. Visitor and Inquirer Conduct
Visitors submitting inquiries through our contact forms agree to provide truthful and accurate contact information. Initial inquiry forms are intended solely for introductory scoping conversations. Visitors must not transmit unencrypted sensitive personal records, financial account details, passwords, or government identification numbers through public website inquiry forms. Secure transmission procedures are initiated once scope is established.
5. Contractual Precedence and Hierarchy
The relationship between our published policies and client engagements is governed by the following strict hierarchy of precedence:
- Mandatory applicable law that cannot lawfully be waived or modified by agreement;
- An executed Client Services Agreement and individual Engagement Schedule / Statement of Work entered into between MORNING ENTERPRISES USA LLC and the client;
- A separately executed Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or Data Processing Agreement (DPA), with respect to its specific subject matter;
- These general website Terms of Service and published website policies, for matters they govern where no conflicting signed agreement exists.

Privacy Policy
Client confidentiality is a fundamental operating commitment of LIBER_MOE, not an optional feature. This Privacy Policy describes how MORNING ENTERPRISES USA LLC handles personal information and client materials across our website operations and professional engagements.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on whether you visit our website, submit an inquiry, or engage our services, we collect and process:
- Initial inquiries: Full name, email address, service area of interest, inquiry message, and technical transmission metadata.
- Client onboarding & career materials: Professional histories, résumés, curriculum vitae, cover letters, portfolios, educational background, compensation histories or requirements, and other documentation voluntarily provided to support the engagement.
- Opportunity & application data: Target employer lists, role requirements, hiring signals, tailored application documentation, and tracking records generated during research and managed execution.
- Account access & authorization records: Specific portal credentials, account tokens, or written authorizations required solely when an agreed engagement includes authorized job submissions or external application portal actions on your behalf.
- Business communications & transactions: Written quotations, engagement schedules, contracts, invoices, payment confirmations (processed through Stripe or PayPal Business), and project correspondence.
- Technical identifiers & server logs: Self-hosted server telemetry (page requests, performance timings, referrers, and diagnostic events stored in server logs), necessary session cookies, IP addresses, and Cloudflare edge network security telemetry.
2. Purpose and Use of Information
Client information is processed exclusively for purposes directly associated with our business operations and agreed engagements:
- Evaluating service inquiries and preparing individualized proposals and written quotations.
- Conducting contracted market intelligence, employer research, and professional positioning analysis.
- Engineering, revising, and delivering agreed client deliverables.
- Managing client communications, billing, and contractual compliance.
- Complying with applicable legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory recordkeeping requirements.
Client working materials are treated as confidential engagement assets. They are never sold, rented, monetized, or repurposed for unrelated client assignments.
3. Secure Document Intake and Transmission
General public contact forms on our website are intended for introductory scoping and do not provide end-to-end encryption. Clients are requested not to attach or transmit sensitive personal records through public forms.
For confidential document intake and project materials, we use approved secure transfer arrangements:
- Google Confidential Messaging: For confidential correspondence and access instructions, utilizing expiration dates and access passcodes.
- Encrypted Archives: For bulk document packages, portfolios, and sensitive records, clients may supply AES-encrypted ZIP or TAR archives, with decryption passwords or keys transmitted via a separate communication channel.
- Restricted Google Drive Sharing: Direct upload to private Google Drive folders restricted specifically to authenticated client accounts.
4. Dedicated Single-Client Processing Environments
As a standard operating procedure for all active engagements, each client assignment is allocated a dedicated, newly provisioned cloud working environment hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Logical Workload Isolation: Each virtual machine is dedicated to a single client engagement. It is not shared with other clients during the engagement and is not reassigned to another client afterward.
- Technical Boundaries of Isolation: This practice establishes logical isolation at the virtual-machine level. It does not represent exclusive physical ownership of bare-metal cloud servers, proprietary hardware control, or physical data center custody, which remain subject to the security architectures and standard operating conditions of AWS and GCP.
- Operational Systems Outside the VM: Intake and delivery channels (Google Workspace, Google Drive), payment and invoicing processors (Stripe, PayPal Business), self-hosted site analytics, and general email communications necessarily operate outside the dedicated virtual machine environment, and we do not represent otherwise.
5. Artificial Intelligence and Model Processing Policy
We maintain strict boundaries regarding external artificial intelligence and machine-learning tools:
- No Unapproved External Model Transmission: Transmitting confidential client working materials to external model APIs, third-party hosted AI services, or commercial inference providers requires specific, informed written authorization from the client, unless an expressly agreed lawful contractual arrangement provides otherwise.
- No Model Training: Client working materials, professional histories, and personal documentation are never submitted to public artificial intelligence models, used to train commercial LLMs, or incorporated into external model training datasets.
- Internal Automation: Any local scripts, proprietary analytical tools, or parsing utilities utilized during an engagement operate strictly within the client's assigned, isolated working environment.
6. Enhanced Security and Confidential Computing Options
Standard client confidentiality, secure document transfer, and dedicated single-client VM isolation are included in every ordinary engagement at no additional privacy surcharge.
For engagements involving heightened sensitivity or institutional regulatory mandates, LIBER_MOE can arrange hardware-assisted confidential computing (such as AMD SEV, Intel SGX, or AWS Nitro Enclaves) where supported by AWS or GCP. Confidential computing provides hardware-enforced memory encryption and isolation during active computation. This is an optional, separately quoted service that is technically distinct from ordinary cloud hosting, disk encryption, or standard virtual machine isolation.
7. Infrastructure Subprocessors and Payment Providers
We rely on carefully selected infrastructure and operational providers to support service delivery:
- Cloud Compute & Storage: Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (single-client virtual machines and working volumes).
- Communications & File Handover: Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive).
- Payment Processing Infrastructure: Stripe, Inc. and PayPal, Inc. (acting as independent payment processors for invoicing and credit/debit transactions; payment card details are handled directly by these processors and are never stored on LIBER_MOE servers).
- Web Hosting & Edge Delivery: aba.ae (production shared web hosting) and Cloudflare, Inc. (DNS, CDN, DDoS protection, and edge security headers).
- Website Analytics: First-party, self-hosted analytics stored locally in server logs on libermoe.com, with Cloudflare Web Analytics (RUM) for aggregate performance metrics.
8. Delivery and Client Handover Responsibilities
Completed deliverables are transferred through restricted Google Drive sharing or another approved secure handover method. Where platform permissions permit, direct ownership of final Google Drive files is transferred to the client's account; otherwise, a clean, client-controlled copy is established.
Following delivery, clients are responsible for:
- Confirming receipt and verifying the integrity of delivered files.
- Transferring copies to private storage environments under their exclusive control.
- Revoking any shared permissions or temporary access previously granted to LIBER_MOE.
- Maintaining their own backup copies of original career records.
9. Lifecycle, Data Removal, and Infrastructure Decommissioning
Every engagement follows a structured lifecycle: Intake → Scoped Execution → Secure Delivery → Review Period → Closure & Decommissioning.
- Decommissioning Process: Following verified delivery and conclusion of the agreed review period, the dedicated cloud working environment is decommissioned. The virtual machine instance is terminated, attached working storage volumes and snapshots under our control are permanently deleted, temporary staging copies are removed, and temporary access credentials are revoked.
- Confirmation: Written confirmation is issued to the client upon request once the decommissioning process has completed.
- Retention Exceptions: Limited business records must be retained outside the processing environment under administrative controls to satisfy legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory compliance obligations. These records include executed contracts, written quotations, invoices, payment transaction references, compliance correspondence, and server security audit logs.
- Third-Party Backups: Our deletion commitments apply to infrastructure, storage volumes, and resources under our direct administrative control. Underlying cloud infrastructure providers may retain immutable system-level snapshots or operational logs in accordance with their standard data retention and recovery lifecycles.
10. Privacy Rights, Access, and Correction
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have statutory rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate records, or request the deletion of personal information no longer required for legitimate business or statutory purposes.
To exercise any privacy right or submit a data-protection inquiry, please contact our designated privacy channel:

Service Agreement
This Service Agreement outlines the standard legal and operational framework governing professional consulting, strategic career intelligence, market research, and managed execution engagements provided by MORNING ENTERPRISES USA LLC operating under the commercial brand LIBER_MOE.
1. Contracting Entity and Individual Engagement Agreements
All services are contracted and delivered by MORNING ENTERPRISES USA LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company. Individual client assignments are formally established through a specific written proposal, quotation, or Engagement Schedule agreed upon between the Provider and the Client before work begins.
Merely browsing this website or submitting an exploratory inquiry does not constitute an executed agreement. An enforceable service contract is formed only when the parties mutually approve an individual written quotation or execute an Engagement Schedule.
2. Scope of Services and Change Control
The Provider agrees to perform the specific services and supply the deliverables set forth in the approved Engagement Schedule. Each schedule defines the applicable deliverables, investment fees, delivery timetable, and operational assumptions.
Any expansion of scope, additional research requests, or subsequent deliverables requested after work has commenced will be evaluated through our change-control process and quoted in writing before being undertaken.
3. Fees, Payment Terms, and Invoicing
Investment ranges shown on our Services page are illustrative guidelines for representative engagement scopes. Binding fees are established exclusively in the individual written quotation provided to the Client.
Payment terms, milestone schedules, and required deposits are set forth in the Engagement Schedule. Invoices are issued electronically, with payments processed securely through our payment infrastructure partners (Stripe or PayPal Business). Unless otherwise specified, work commences upon receipt of the agreed initial deposit or advance milestone fee.
4. Review Periods, Revisions, and Acceptance
Upon delivery of completed work, the Client is entitled to an agreed review period (specified in the Engagement Schedule, typically five to seven business days) to review the deliverables and request agreed revisions within the contracted scope.
Deliverables will be deemed accepted upon written confirmation by the Client or upon the expiration of the review period without written notice of specific non-conformities.
5. Client Responsibilities and Written Authorizations
The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and timely information, background records, and instructions necessary for the performance of the services. The Client represents that they possess the legal right and authority to disclose all submitted materials.
Where an engagement includes managed application execution or interaction with external career portals on the Client's behalf, the Client must execute an express written authorization granting permission for such submissions before any external action is initiated.
6. Confidentiality and Processing Safeguards
Both parties agree to hold in strict confidence all proprietary, personal, and business information disclosed during the engagement. The Provider's standard security commitments — including secure document intake, dedicated single-client virtual machine isolation on AWS or GCP, strict operational boundaries, and post-engagement infrastructure decommissioning — apply to every client engagement.
Confidential client materials will not be transmitted to external artificial intelligence model APIs or utilized for machine-learning training without specific, informed written authorization from the Client.
7. Intellectual Property Ownership and Licensing
The allocation of intellectual property rights between the Client and the Provider is established as follows:
- Client Ownership of Final Deliverables: Conditioned upon full payment of all agreed fees, the Client receives full ownership of all customized final career documents (including customized résumé texts, tailored cover letters, and personal portfolio content) created specifically for the Client under the Engagement Schedule.
- Provider Background Intellectual Property: MORNING ENTERPRISES USA LLC retains sole and exclusive ownership of all pre-existing and independently developed intellectual property, including proprietary research methodologies, market intelligence models, analytical frameworks, prompt libraries, scripts, software tools, infrastructure templates, workflows, and trade secrets. No transfer of background intellectual property occurs under any standard engagement.
- Research Reports and Intelligence Licensing: Market opportunity reports, industry analyses, and bespoke intelligence deliverables are provided to the Client under a perpetual, non-exclusive, personal license for the Client's individual career navigation and planning purposes, without the right to sublicense, resell, or publicly redistribute the underlying analytical frameworks.
8. Confidentiality Agreements and Enhanced Security
Standard confidentiality and single-client logical VM isolation are included in ordinary service fees without extra privacy surcharges.
Clients requiring specialized legal instruments may request a standalone reciprocal Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or bespoke contract amendments. Clients with institutional security requirements may separately request hardware-assisted confidential computing. Such optional legal and computational arrangements are quoted and agreed in writing separately.
9. Cancellations, Termination, and Refunds
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Engagement Schedule and our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Work performed, research completed, and non-recoverable expenses incurred prior to the effective date of cancellation remain billable. Unused prepaid balances will be evaluated and reconciled as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party shall be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the engagement.
The Provider's aggregate liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by the Client to the Provider under the applicable Engagement Schedule, except in cases of gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory statutory law.
11. Governing Law and Contractual Precedence
This Service Agreement and any dispute arising out of an engagement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles.
In the event of an inconsistency between these general website terms and an individually executed Client Services Agreement, Engagement Schedule, or Mutual NDA, the provisions of the individually executed agreement govern the specific engagement.

Refund / Cancellation Policy
LIBER_MOE delivers individualized professional consulting, executive market research, and bespoke career intelligence. This Refund and Cancellation Policy establishes the terms governing project cancellations, billing for completed work, and the handling of prepaid balances.
1. Nature of Custom Engagements
Our services involve customized analytical research, professional advisory time, bespoke document engineering, and dedicated cloud compute infrastructure. Because our deliverables are created specifically for individual clients and career objectives, completed work cannot be repurposed or resold.
Consequently, cancellation requests and refund eligibility are evaluated based on the work completed, deliverables prepared, and committed infrastructure expenses at the time notice is received.
2. Written Cancellation Procedure
Clients wishing to cancel an ongoing engagement must deliver written notice by email to:
[email protected] (with a copy to [email protected])
The cancellation notice should specify the client name, engagement reference or invoice number, and the effective date of cancellation. Upon receipt, project activity will be paused and the account reviewed.
3. Treatment of Completed and Delivered Work
Fees attributable to completed research, delivered reports, engineered application materials, and consulting hours already performed prior to cancellation are non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law. Completed custom work delivered to the Client remains billable in accordance with the agreed schedule.
4. Unused Prepaid Balances
Where a client has paid fees in advance for milestones or services that have not yet commenced at the time of cancellation, refund eligibility for the unused portion will be assessed individually. The calculation accounts for:
- The proportion of contracted work and research completed prior to cancellation.
- Deliverables in draft or substantial progress.
- Non-recoverable, dedicated infrastructure expenses or third-party costs committed specifically for the engagement.
- The specific milestone terms agreed in the individual Engagement Schedule.
Any approved refund calculation will be communicated to the Client in writing within ten business days, and processed back to the original payment method through Stripe or PayPal Business.
5. Dedicated Infrastructure and Data Handling upon Cancellation
Cancellation of an engagement does not relieve us of our confidentiality and data protection commitments. Following cancellation:
- Any completed portions of deliverables are supplied to the Client where appropriate.
- The dedicated cloud working environment allocated to the engagement is decommissioned in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Working storage volumes and temporary copies under our control are deleted, with confirmation provided to the Client upon request.
6. Preservation of Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or restricts any non-waivable statutory consumer rights, cancellation remedies, or refund rights that apply under mandatory applicable law.
