These ranges are illustrative budgets for representative engagement scopes. They are neither fixed packages nor universal minimum charges.

A standalone cover letter, a narrowly scoped résumé adjustment, or another limited assignment may cost substantially less than $150. Complex executive or multi-market engagements may exceed $2,000.

Provisioning, operating, and decommissioning the dedicated processing environment are normal delivery costs. They are accounted for when we build your individual quotation. There is no separate privacy surcharge, and single-client isolation is not a feature reserved for larger or more expensive engagements.

Extensive investigations and ongoing campaigns are quoted individually.

Investment Guide

Every career trajectory presents a different research and execution problem. The figures shown are indicative budgets for representative engagement scopes, not fixed packages, universal minimums, or binding quotations.

Your investment is determined by the work required: research depth, professional seniority, target industries and markets, deliverable complexity, application volume, and turnaround requirements.

Simpler, narrowly defined assignments may cost less than the illustrated budgets. More extensive investigations and managed engagements may cost more.

Every project receives an individual written quotation specifying deliverables, timelines, and total fees before any work begins.

Standard confidentiality, secure data handling, and a dedicated single-client processing environment are included in every engagement. Their ordinary operating costs are built into your quotation rather than charged as a privacy surcharge. Optional enhanced confidential computing — hardware-assisted protection such as trusted execution environment technologies where available, which is distinct from ordinary cloud hosting, disk encryption, or a dedicated virtual machine — and independently prepared legal agreements are available by separate quotation.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Confidentiality is built into every engagement. Client working materials are processed in dedicated, single-client cloud environments provisioned through AWS or Google Cloud. These environments are not shared between client engagements and are decommissioned following completion, with associated working data removed from resources under our control.

Secure document intake, restricted access, and infrastructure isolation are included in our standard service delivery. Enhanced confidential-computing arrangements are available by separate quotation where appropriate.

Some records, including business communications and legally required transaction records, may be retained outside the dedicated processing environment in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Scope of the isolation. Client working materials are handled in a dedicated, temporary virtual machine assigned to that engagement and never shared with another client, nor reassigned to a different client after completion. Infrastructure selection and sizing vary with workload. This describes logical isolation at the virtual-machine level; it is not exclusive ownership of the underlying physical cloud hardware, which remains subject to the cloud provider's own architecture and service terms.

Where your data lives

Intake and communications

Google services or other approved encrypted transfer methods may be used to receive documents and to correspond with you. These systems necessarily operate outside the dedicated processing environment, and we do not present them as though they sit inside it.

Processing

Engagement working materials are processed inside the dedicated client environment. Not every business record, email, or payment transaction resides there, and we do not represent that it does.

Delivery

Final deliverables are transferred through restricted Google Drive sharing or another approved method. Where ownership transfer is supported, ownership passes to you. Otherwise we provide a secure, client-controlled copy and verify receipt.

Closure

After verified delivery and the agreed review period, we terminate the dedicated virtual machine, delete engagement storage volumes and snapshots under our control, remove temporary working copies from company-controlled transfer locations, revoke unnecessary access permissions, verify the relevant resources have been decommissioned, and confirm this to you.

Retention exceptions

Business correspondence, invoices, transaction records, security logs, and records legally required to be retained may exist outside the processing environment. We do not promise absolute deletion from third-party backups or provider-managed infrastructure.

Your copies. Originals and copies you control remain yours. We will not ask you to delete the only remaining copy of a document. Please keep your own copy of anything you need before asking us to remove ours.

Confidential computing is not the same thing. Confidential computing refers to additional hardware-assisted protection during processing, including trusted execution environment technologies where available. It is distinct from ordinary cloud hosting, from disk encryption, and from a dedicated virtual machine. Standard client confidentiality and dedicated single-client processing do not depend on purchasing this option.

Separate non-disclosure agreements and customized, independently drafted legal agreements are also available by separate quotation.

How an Engagement Works

Initial Inquiry

The client describes their objectives and requested services.

Scope & Quotation

We assess the work and provide an individual written quote establishing deliverables, timeframe, and fees.

Approval & Payment

The client approves the agreed scope and receives payment instructions. Stripe and PayPal Business are available as payment infrastructure during quotation and invoicing.

Secure Intake & Execution

Required information is transferred through approved channels and work proceeds within the agreed processing environment.

Delivery & Closure

Deliverables are transferred, the client verifies receipt, and the dedicated processing environment is decommissioned according to our privacy procedures.
